Marshall (“Sheriff”) Bridges was a professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues for the St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds, and Washington Senators. A left-handed pitcher with a blistering fastball, “Sheriff” was a World Series Champion with the 1962 New York Yankees.
