  • What do I do if a family member or loved one has passed away?

    To make immediate arrangements for a family member or loved one, contact us at (601) 366-6311. We will guide you through the process, whether you already have a cemetery space or need to purchase one.

  • Does Garden Memorial Park have spaces available?

    Yes!  Garden Memorial Park currently has thousands of spaces available for purchase.  In addition, Garden Memorial Park has more than 25 additional acres that are still undeveloped.  With the thousands of spaces currently available and the additional acres to be developed, Garden Memorial Park is prepared to serve families for hundreds of years to come!

  • How do I purchase a cemetery space?

    Simply call our office at (601) 366-6311 or e-mail us at [email protected] to discuss purchasing a cemetery space with one of our representatives.  In addition, our office is open and a representative is available to meet with you Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

  • Why is pre-planning important?

    Pre-planning or purchasing a space before your passing ensures that you will be laid to rest where you would like.  Pre-planning also ensures that purchasing a space after your passing will not be a burden on your loved ones.  You may pre-plan by selecting and purchasing your space at Garden Memorial Park today.

  • Why is it important to have a grave marker?

    Grave markers honor our loved ones and serve as a lasting tribute to them. Grave markers provide a history of past generations for us and for future generations.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit cards, money orders, and cashier’s checks.  For payments on account, we also accept personal checks. We never accept cash.

  • Does Garden Memorial Park offer financing?

    Yes. Please contact our office to explore finance options.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our offices are open Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

    We are closed New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • When are the cemetery grounds open?

    The grounds are open everyday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • How can I find out where my loved one is laid to rest?

    Please come to our office during normal business hours and we will be happy to show you where your loved one is laid to rest.

  • How is my loved one laid to rest at Garden Memorial Park?

    If your loved one has a marker, they are located on the east side (towards Highway 49) of the marker and facing East.

  • What about ant beds?

    We apply ant poison twice a year.  Small mounds may arise from time to time. Please contact our office with concerns.

  • My loved one's grave needs to be backfilled, what do I do?

    Graves in general settle over a period of time.  We backfill when the grounds are dry.

  • Is Garden Memorial Park liable for vandalism, theft or damage due to weather?

    Garden Memorial Park is not responsible for vandalism, theft or acts of nature. However, we request that you report any suspicious activity to the cemetery office.

  • Are pet burials allowed?

    Garden Memorial Park does not permit pets to be buried at the cemetery.
